Our Halal chickens are supplied to us by Shazan Foods Ltd and Freemans of Newent td. They are authorised by the Islamic Institute of Jurisprudence and are both leading suppliers of Halal chicken. We’re committed to the highest standards and therefore the quality, welfare and health of our chicken is a priority.

Does KFC have a Halal certified?

KFC Halal Food There are just over 900 KFC restaurants in the UK. For around 130 of them, the restaurants and the food that they serve is certified Halal. We set ourselves high standards across all our restaurants and with our suppliers.

Is HFA chicken Halal?

Is Nando’s Halal in USA?

We have 367 restaurants, 67 of which serve only Halal chicken and are signposted both in the restaurant and online. A small proportion of chicken sold in our other restaurants is also Halal and is not currently labelled when served.

Is Tegel chicken Halal?

Yes all Tegel products are halal. Tegel is audited and approved by Halal Conformity Services Limited, an approved Halal Organisation.

Is Greggs Halal?

Currently, we don’t offer a Halal range. We get requests for many specialist ranges such as gluten-free and Halal and the challenge for us at Greggs is that most of our shops are very small with limited display space so we try to offer food that will appeal to everyone.

Is all meat in UK halal?

In the UK, 58 percent of Halal meat comes from animals which have been stunned before slaughter and certified Halal. All animals slaughtered under the Shechita (for Kosher) are non-stunned.
