Dogs must be on a leash. (No animals are allowed in the History Park, Japanese Friendship Garden and Happy Hollow Park & Zoo.) 5. Special activities or large equipment must be approved by Park Ranger or Picnic Reservation Staff in advance.

There are no tubes for rent inside Kelly Park. Arrive early if you want to ensure entry to Rock Springs. We arrived at 8am and already 100 cars were lined up down the road. Only 280 cars are allowed in Kelly Park in one day.
