At West Chester University, we have rolling admissions. This means that we do not have a strict application deadline; we do not follow Early Action or Early Decision timelines.

How do I check my UWC status?
Go to student.uwc.ac.za and click on the APPLICATION STATUS button. 2. Enter your SA ID or Passport Number and your UWC Application Number, then click submit. You will then be able to view the programmes you have applied for and the current status.
What is WCU fit grant?
At WCU, we provide a need-based grant up to $1000 to help offset the cost of tuition for students who demonstrate financial need. The Tuition Grant is awarded based on your EFC. Funds are limited, so apply by March 1st to be given top priority for this grant.
What SAT score is required for WCU?
Western Carolina University admissions is selective with an acceptance rate of 48%. Half the applicants admitted to Western Carolina University have an SAT score between 1020 and 1210 or an ACT score of 20 and 25.

The official transcript should be sent directly from your undergraduate Registrar to The Graduate School office.
