How do I share my Dexcom app?
Dexcom Share is a feature within the G6 app that allows for remote monitoring. One person, (the Sharer) may share their CGM data with another person (the Follower). To setup Share simply press the Share icon in the app and follow the onscreen instructions. *Requires separate Follow App and internet connectivity.
Can you follow more than one person on the Dexcom app?

Can you share from Dexcom receiver?
If you upload your Dexcom receiver to your personal Dexcom CLARITY account, you can share your data with your clinic. You will need to accept a sharing invitation from your clinic to begin sharing.

This coming June 2020, Dexcom will discontinue the sale of transmitters for the Dexcom G4 PLATINUM and Dexcom G5 Mobile Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) Systems.
How do I share my Dexcom data with a doctor?
If your clinic has a Dexcom CLARITY account, add the patient to your patient list, then click Share data to view, print, or email a share invitation. The patient enters the Sharing Code from the invitation in either their personal Dexcom CLARITY account or in their Dexcom CLARITY app.
Why is my dexcom app not working?
You can either try restarting the app on its own, or you can also reboot the smartphone as it is. Alternatively, the last resort is clearing the data off the app. To do that on (stock) Android: Open the Settings app.
How do I get the share code for my Dexcom G6?
To share data with your clinic if they do not provide share invitations, you can generate a share code:
- Tap Profile.
- Tap Authorize Sharing.
- Tap Generate Code.
- Tap 3, 6 or 12 to select number of months that the code can be used.
- Tap Generate Code.
