Is it possible to automate crafting?
Automated crafting is currently not possible in Minecraft Java Edition. There are mods and data packs which add this functionality though.
How do you automate crafting FTB?
Creating a Recipe
- Double-click on an empty recipe slot.
- Lay out the items in the crafting grid.
- Click the Apply button.
- The recipe will appear in the recipe list on the left.
- If the Crafter has power, you can now put some component items in the input inventory and your item will be crafted.
How do you power an advanced crafting table?
The Advanced Crafting Table contains a 3×3 grid and an inventory. Set up the recipe in the 3×3 grid and place the components in the table’s inventory. When a Laser is powered nearby the table will craft the specified recipe and place the crafted item in its inventory. Most recipes require 5000 RF per crafted item.

How do you power an assembly table?
Assembly Tables do not directly use power but do need to be partnered with Lasers in order to craft items. To work, the Assembly Table must be in a range of 4 blocks of the Laser. Multiple Lasers can be used to increase production speed.
How do you make an extended crafting table in Minecraft?
Place it on top of a basic -> ultimate table or Ender Crafter. Set up a recipe in the table, then press “Save Recipe” in the interface. You can then insert items into the interface, and it will evenly distribute them around the grid. It will also auto-craft the recipe if it’s valid.
